Understand service status
The status page shows current checks for saved settings, delivery queues, the Discord bot, and background processing. It refreshes every 30 seconds while open.
What the labels mean
Section titled “What the labels mean”- Operational: The latest check passed, or the service sent a recent ready heartbeat.
- Degraded: A check failed or a service reported that it was not ready.
- Unknown: The check could not finish, monitoring has no record, or the latest heartbeat is more than three minutes old.
A green bot connection does not guarantee every command will succeed. Discord channel permissions, role order, module settings, and cooldowns can still block an action in one server. Background processing reports that the worker is responding; it does not certify every scheduled delivery.
Missing checks
Section titled “Missing checks”If Axon cannot reach its status endpoint, the page clears the previous result and displays Status unavailable. Missing information never counts as a successful check.
This page reports current health. It does not calculate historical uptime or publish an incident timeline. For service announcements, visit the support server.
Your server still has a problem
Section titled “Your server still has a problem”Follow Repair a disconnected server or Commands are missing or unavailable. Include the server ID and approximate time when contacting support.
