Moderation cases and audit history
Record staff actions, keep case details together, and reverse supported actions safely.
What a case records
Section titled “What a case records”Warnings, notes, timeouts, kicks, bans, and supported channel actions create a numbered case. The record identifies the server, target, staff actor, reason, result, and linked audit event.
Private notes stay in staff-facing surfaces. Axon only sends a member DM when the command and server policy allow it.
Use the staff workflow
Section titled “Use the staff workflow”- Confirm the target member and reason before submitting the action.
- Review the Discord result and case number returned by Axon.
- Attach HTTPS evidence or correct the reason if the case needs more context.
- Use the linked undo action when Axon supports recovery, then confirm the new audit entry.
Find prior actions
Section titled “Find prior actions”Use /mod case for one case, /mod history for a member, or the dashboard Cases area for filters and longer review. Audit history records configuration changes separately from moderation cases.
